We have the following objectives in mind for development of managers: Establishment of CIP in the management process. We also aim to align management behavior to the principles of the lean company and implement these principles in interaction with customers, employees, suppliers and superiors. A fundamental objective is the required change in attitude and behavior, which is possible based on self-reflection.
You have experience in process optimization. Your managers have to stabilize what has been achieved and must now continue to implement CIP independently. The pending change process requires managers to serve as role models and to request corresponding employee behaviour. And in particular, this requires adaptation of own management behavior.
You set a challenging improvement objective for yourself in your area of responsibility. A Porsche Akademie consultant is at your side during implementation to help you with content issues and support you in matters relating to your management behavior. You learn to recognize waste in the value-added and management process and receive feedback on your individual management behavior. Success is measured by tracking the process indicators and 360° feedback is provided by a start and end assessment.
