Porsche Akademie was founded in 2002 as part of Porsche Consulting GmbH. Since then, we have shared our experience with more than 2,000 participants from different industries every year. All employees are experienced consultants from Porsche Consulting and are also qualified in didactics and/or coaching.

Our task is to establish a culture of continuous improvement in capabilities, attitudes and behavior of employees and managers in your company.

To this end, we enable our customers to independently implement a company-wide CIP.

Our training courses are work process-oriented – the content is designed for practical application in companies.

Our training courses are task-oriented – they provide participants with all the qualifications they need to complete their tasks in the continuous improvement process.

We are guided by the previous knowledge and experience of the participants. This is our starting point for their further development.
